Purpose of the site

eboissel.net is a portfolio site. It presents products and selected sites, and offers a public contact form.

These terms govern the use of the site and of the contact channels listed above. They do not govern third-party applications, which each have their own terms.

Using the contact form

The form is for questions, project enquiries and anything else you would like to tell me. Submissions must be genuine. Automated, fraudulent or abusive submissions are prohibited.

The form is protected by an anti-spam check. Submissions that fail it are discarded silently. No submission is guaranteed to receive a reply, and none should be sent with sensitive or confidential material.

Content and liability

I make a best effort to keep the information on this site accurate, but no warranty is given as to its completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

I cannot be held liable for any damage arising from the use of this site or the information it contains, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Intellectual property

The text and design of this site are my work. Application names and logos shown on this site remain the property of their respective owners. Client sites are linked, not reproduced.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and unless otherwise agreed, the courts of Aix-en-Provence have jurisdiction.

Under French law, consumers may also have access to a consumer mediator. None is appointed for this site, which offers no paid service.
